Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Sessions

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 24–47 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund.
  • No-show without notice: No refund.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule (rather than cancel), contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will attempt to accommodate your preferred alternative date. No additional charge for a single reschedule. Further rescheduling requests may incur a £20 administrative fee.

Our Cancellation

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency), we will provide full notice and offer either a full refund or reschedule at no charge.

2. Workplace Workshops

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation 2+ weeks before: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 1–2 weeks before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 1 week before: No refund.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your workshop, we will work with you to find an alternative date within 3 months of the original booking, provided at least 2 weeks' notice is given.

Minimum Attendance

Workshop pricing is based on a minimum team size. If fewer than the agreed-upon participants attend, a fee adjustment may be discussed.

3. Digital Guides & Resources

Downloads

All guides and resources are offered free of charge. No refund applies as there is no purchase transaction.

Premium Materials (if offered in future)

If premium paid materials become available, refunds will only apply if the material is defective or unavailable at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are issued as originally booked (e.g., 50% of the total session fee). No additional fees are deducted.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Sessions attended in full (no refund after completion).
  • Cancellations outside the stated refund window.
  • No-shows without prior notice.
  • Client-initiated changes to service scope or timing after payment (unless within refund window).

6. Exceptions & Disputes

Medical or Emergency Circumstances

If you cancel due to a legitimate medical emergency or significant unforeseen circumstances, contact us to discuss your situation. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Disputed Refund Requests

If a refund request is disputed, we will review all correspondence and attempt to reach a fair resolution within 14 days. If unresolved, you have the right to pursue the matter through your payment provider (e.g., credit card chargeback).

7. Payment Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at booking. If you used a different method or your original account is closed, contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to future bookings. Existing bookings are governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking unless otherwise notified.
